We stopped using cardamom long back as we knew it is almost impossible to cultivate it without loads and loads of pesticides as it is very much prone to pests. We searched a lot and found a society of organic farmers in Iduuki district of Kerala producing certified organic cardamom. We source it from there for you New understanding: The so beautiful premium cardamom we get in the shops are actually loaded with pesticides. The organic cardamom is not at all attractive and sometimes decolored, but it is assured that we won’t be consuming pesticides with that.
