In childhood, our parents used to put the cashew in the fire or fry in a pan and then remove the shell using a stone and we enjoyed it. When we grew up that tradition was gone but not the taste from our memories. We tried branded tunnel dried cashews but never felt it as cashew. One day stumbled upon a small cashew company where a group of women were frying the cashew and removing the shell and sorting. Tried the sample and it was nostalgic. We bring the same taste to you.
